Student success is predicated upon their power of choice. We cannot force it with bribes, pleading or coercion; students must choose the path of success for themselves. So, what’s a teacher to do? The ultimate objective of a teacher is to create an environment most conducive to student success, to create circumstances that encourage students to actually choose the path of success for themselves. So, how is this done? In this session Nathan Cureton, a long time Utah educator, author, and keynote speaker will engage participants in an exploration of four universal guiding principles of creating a classroom culture of student success, empowering participants to empower their students.

Restructured and improved! It’s time for you to celebrate you and your success. As a teacher you work hard. Take some time for yourself to rejuvenate and relax. Learn strategies to help you de-stress, create balance, feel energized and celebrate your awesomeness! Identify what works for you. Learn how to create an endorsement journal and why it is important. This is all about you, but you may find some great ideas for your students. Great for beginning teachers or anyone looking to recharge. It will be delightful!
