Kristine Kelly is the Literacy Coordinator at ATLAS @ Hamline University and serves as the state lead for CCRS implementation in the MN ABE system. She holds an MAEd from Hamline University with concentrations in reading and alternative education and is currently pursuing her doctorate in education at Hamline University. Over more than two decades of teaching in Minnesota Adult Basic Education ABE, she has worked extensively in the areas of pre-GED and GED, diploma, reading and writing instruction, and postsecondary transitions. She is the ELA content expert for the Minnesota Standard Adult High School Diploma, co-leader of the MN Literacy & Language Advisory Team and serves as a STAR (STudent Achievement in Reading) trainer to support evidence-based reading assessment and instruction for adults statewide.
