All classes are on a first come first serve basis and selecting a class for your schedule does not guarantee a seat will be reserved for you. Come learn how to recognize your individual strengths as an effective leader in the classroom. We want to help our students increase their self-awareness, and helping them recognize their strengths is the way to do it. Learning to identify three keys

1. Know your strengths.

2. Investing in others’ strengths.
