Puff pastry cooking is simply elegant.  The pastry layers of butter and flour make delightful dishes. This workshop will use commercial puff pastry, but will also provide a recipe and instructions for making your own.  Enjoy some creative and simple ways to use this commercial product for entrepreneurship, new skills, and creative designs.

Darlene Christensen, has been the USU Extension Associate Professor in Tooele County for 12 years. She focuses on financial education, food safety and youth development.

Carolyn Washburn, has been the USU Extension Professor in Washington County for 14 years. Among other subjects she teaches home canning, food preservation and healthy relationships.
